Description

This minor introduces you to the dynamic, diverse and genuine people business; hotel and restaurant services. You will apply theory into practise and learn how to turn experiences into personalized customer journeys and sustainable business opportunities. You will deepen your understanding that working in hotels and restaurants is genuine people business and learn about all the great opportunities, possibilities and adventures a profession in the international hotel- and restaurant industry will offer you.
