After having completed this course or attained an equivalent competence level, the student
- is able to search for and use legal information relating to experience economy as well as assess the reliability of sources,
- recognizes relevant legal concepts,
- knows the main principles governing the formation and validity of contracts,
- Recognizes basics of consumer protection rules,
- knows the core rules regulating employment relationships, and
- knows the main principles governing the processing of personal data.

Are you interested in working in a hotel or restaurant, producing events or designing and selling travel and/or other experience services? In this course, you will familiarize yourself with key legislation regulating the experience economy and learn where to find reliable legal information. You will also learn the basics of contract and employment law. To summarize, law studies are essential when you want to be credible in any job.

When the implementation type of the course is contact, online or blended it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25%, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50%, the course is failed.
