    Learning objectives
    After having completed this course or attained an equivalent competence level, the student
    - is able to search for and use legal information relating to experience economy as well as assess the reliability of sources,
    - recognizes relevant legal concepts,
    - knows the main principles governing the formation and validity of contracts,
    - Recognizes basics of consumer protection rules,
    - knows the core rules regulating employment relationships, and
    - knows the main principles governing the processing of personal data.

    Assessment criteria - grade 1
    When the implementation type of the course is CONTACT, ONLINE or BLENDED it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25 %, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50 %, the course is failed.

    The student recognizes basic legal issues related to the operation of an experience economy business and the relevant sources of law.
    Assessment criteria - grade 3
    The student recognizes typical legal issues related to the operation of an experience economy business as well as finds suitable sources of law and answers to basic situations in the field
    Assessment criteria - grade 5
    The student recognizes legal issues related to the operation of an experience economy business, is able to search for necessary information from a wide range of legal and other sources and is able to apply the acquired information to customary business situations.
