Schedule

All assignments are not available when the course starts. However, the teacher tries to be flexible about making topics and assignments available so students can do assignments when it suits them.

All assignments have a deadline, and it's very important to stick to these deadlines. If you don't, the teacher thinks you have decided to leave the course early. So, if you have a problem and can't follow the schedules, please write the teacher and email.

Learning assignments

The teacher adds material and assignments to Moodle weekly.

Every part of the course has some general information about what will be studied during that week. There's also a link that leads to material and exercises. These don't have to be returned to the teacher, these exercises are meant to help students learn and practice before doing the assignments that are to be returned.

The course assignments vary: they can be about writing, video, listening, reading or grammar (for example introducing yourself by video, writing about your life, video CV, text message, e-mails, video about your opinion, phrases used in different situations etc.)

Assessment methods

The course will be graded 0 - 5.

There's no final exam, the grade will be calculated based on assignments and active participation. Students have to do and submit all assignments in time. If you are late with the submission, you'll get less points.

If needed, the teacher can have an online conversation or a meeting as an additional tool when grading students.
