The course includes various exercises related to well-being and self-management. Exercises are done independently, in pairs and in groups. In the exercises, we focus on feeling the present moment, as well as looking at our own life as a whole and how its parts are in balance right now or if there is a point that needs special attention. We also get to know the drama triangle and inquiry.
