    Starting level and linkage with other courses
    This course is recommended to be taken after Strategic Thinking and Growth strategies course.
    Contents
    The contents may vary somewhat depending on the course implementations. However, in all implementations, the contents aim at the aforementioned learning objectives.
    Assessment criteria
    Assessment criteria - grade 1
    - The student can identify aspects related to a well-crafted and actionable strategic plan.
    - The student has a rough idea of what the traditional strategic process entails but struggles to address how it can be made more agile.
    - The student's understanding of the problematics related to selecting and using strategic tools is clearly lacking.
    Assessment criteria - grade 3
    - The student understands what constitutes a well-crafted and actionable strategic plan.
    - The student knows what the traditional strategic process entails and can to some extent address how it can be made more agile.
    - The student's understanding of the problematics related to selecting and using strategic tools is somewhat lacking.
    Assessment criteria - grade 5
    - The student has an excellent understanding of what constitutes a well-crafted and actionable strategic plan.
    - The student demonstrates a first-rate understanding of the traditional strategic process and how it can be made more agile.
    - The student exhibits a high-level understanding of the problematics related to selecting and using strategic tools.
    Further information
    Depending on the implementation the course may include pre-assignments. Further information will be provided in the Implementation Plan.

    When the implementation type of the course is contact, online or blended it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25%, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50%, the course is failed.

    Teaching methods and instruction

    The course makes use of research and development approach to learning, with emphasis on both independent study and teamwork and an analytical approach to learning.

    Except the first online kick-off meeting in Zoom, the course is otherwise virtual, i.e. teams will make and return assignments independently.

    Teams will receive feedback for three (3) recorded team assignments. You will find a more specific information of the weekly assignments in the "Weekly agenda and time-schedule of the team assignments"/Moodle.
