    Learning objectives
    The module advances the following competences: multicultural business and communication, problem identification and problem solving skills in international operations, develops customer-oriented approach.

    Assessment criteria - grade 1
    The student understands theory of international business operations and the role of culture in international business. His/her use of theory, methods and specific terminology is rather limited. S/he is able to conduct a market research using the relevant theories and methods aided by other students and the supervisors. S/he has a limited ability to use the collected information and data. S/he is able to work in a team for a common purpose.
    Assessment criteria - grade 3
    The student has good understanding of theories of international business operations and the role of culture in international business. His/her use of theory, methods and specific terminology is rather accurate. S/he is able to conduct a market research and critically analyse and make use of the data collected through the market research. S/he shows problem-solving skills and is an active member of the project team.
    Assessment criteria - grade 5
    S/he is able to recognise international business opportunities and identify the need for expansion.
    The student has excellent understanding of theories of international business operations and the role of culture in international business. His/her use of theory, methods and specific terminology is very accurate. S/he is able to conduct a market research at an advanced level and critically analyse and use the collected data. S/he has very good problem-solving skills and shows leadership skills in the project team.
