• identify and evaluate their own professional strengths and areas for development, especially from the perspective of work tasks in information technology and data processing
• act in accordance with the rules of the work community
• evaluate the organisation's activities and, if necessary, make justified development proposals
• Continuously develop and update their working life skills and study and career plans
