    Upon successful completion of the course or possessing equivalent know-how the student

    - understands the importance of Business Intelligence in today’s competitive business environment
    - is familiar with the basic concepts, BI architectures, methodologies and strategies as well as with tools and technics used in the business environment
    - has gained skills in using market leading BI tools for creating data models and analyzing business information and data

    Teaching methods and instruction

    This is a 8 week virtual course with no class sessions. All materials and
    resources are found thru Moodle. Deadline applied for Start-up Module. Module 1 and
    finalizing course - otherwise free schedule. Teacher available in Zoom according to information in Moodle and individual Zoom can be requested - to solve general issues.

    Grade 1 (50%)
    The students has a basic understanding of the importance of Business Intelligence and is familiar with the at least some of the basic concepts, architectures, methodologies, strategies, tools or technics in BI. The student has basic skills in using market leading BI tools for analyzing business information and data.
    Assessment procedure and setup
    The course grade is defined by the amount of course points achieved:
    >=90 p = Grade 5 >=80 p = Grade 4 >=70 p = Grade 3 >=60 p = Grade 2 >=50 p = Grade 1 >=40 p = Grade 1 possible with some extra successful deliveries – contact teacher <40 p = Fail
