There are also two shorter online briefing sessions related the Erasmus+ funding and practicalities on February 24 at 17-18 and May 12 at 16.30-17.00
The goal of this course is to provide a rich learning context to students in an international environment. The course enables students to develop their knowledge and competencies as HR professionals in international business context by attending a study trip in the Netherlands during May 19-23, 2025. The theme of the week is Sustainable, resilient and inclusive leadership in a diverse world.
The goal is also to improve generic competence of intercultural, communication and presentation skills of students.
The course is organized together with the Hanze University of Applied Sciences, in the Netherlands.
There will be an application process and you need to be committed to cover your own travelling, accommodation etc. cost. Though, all student committed to participate the course will get an Erasmus Mobility grant of 79 EUR/day by filling the Erasmus Mobility application during the course. There are 30 places in this course.

There are 30 places in the course and minimum amount of students is 15. The applications will be handled during January 13-31, 2025 and information for students will be sent latest by beginning of February 2025.
The course is organized during spring 2025. There will be an orientation lecture on on March 17, 2025 at 17.40-20.30 which is organized in Pasila campus and an online webinar on April 22 at 17.40-20.30. The study trip in the Netherlands will be during May 18/19-23/24, 2023. The exact flight times will be agreed later.
The program will be organized during the May 19-23, 2025 and students need to be full time present.
