    Assessment criteria - grade 1
    When the implementation type of the course is CONTACT, ONLINE or BLENDED it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25 %, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50 %, the course is failed.

    You know some of the organizational structures. You can describe diversity and inclusion practices in a multicultural organization. You can list factors affecting collaboration and well-functioning organization. You know the meaning of ethics and social responsibility at work.

    You recognize different organizational forms and structures suitable for various circumstances. You can describe the impact of diversity and inclusion practices in a multicultural organization. You distinguish various factors affecting collaboration and a well-functioning organization. You recognize diverse stakeholders requirements for ethics and social responsibility in people management.
    Assessment criteria - grade 5
    You recognize various organizational forms and structures and can asess their suitability for various circumstances. You rationalize and apply inclusive practices to support diversity in multicultural work environments. You analyze diverse stakeholders requirements for ethics and social responsibility in people management.

    Teaching methods and instruction

    This implementation and the Moodle workspace are intended for demonstrate your prior learnings.

    Please enrol in this course if you are participating in a demonstration. After you enrol, your teacher will approve your enrolment. Once approved, you will gain access to the Moodle environment, where you will find detailed instructions for the demonstration.

    Exam dates and re-exam possibilities

    People and Culture demonstration consists of two different parts: (1) Portfolio of
    showing your professional experience, knowledge and understanding of People and
    Culture knowledge area as described in learning objectives and main themes of the
    course; (2) A group discussion (group exam) with other students who are demonstrating their
    knowledge in this course.

    Both individual professional portfolio and group discussion will be evaluated on the scale
    of 1 to 5. Professional portfolio counts 60 per cent of the final grade and group
    discussion will be 40 per cent of the final grade. Both must be passed to pass the
    demonstration.

    The course is graded on a scale from 0 to 5. The evaluation method used is an evaluation rubric.

    You are allowed to participate in the demonstration of prior learning only once. The successful demonstration is graded on a scale of 1 to 5. Please note that once you receive a grade for your demonstration, it cannot be improved. If you receive an '0' (fail), you have the option to enroll in the contact, online or blended implementations. In cases where you receive a grade of 1 or 2, the teacher will consult with you to decide whether you accept the grade or prefer to enroll in the contact, online or blended implementations.
