    case assignments in ERP-systems : Sales, Purchasing, Accounting & Finance with SAP S/4 HANA
    Assessment criteria
    Assessment criteria - grade 1
    When the implementation type of the course is CONTACT, ONLINE or BLENDED it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25 %, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50 %, the course is failed.

    Grade 1 (40%)
    Student has sufficient knowledge of ERP basic concepts and business processes. Student has weak hands-on skills in use of SAP ERP system.
    Assessment criteria - grade 3
    Grade 3 (70%)
    Student has good knowledge of ERP basic concepts and business processes. Student has good hands-on skills in use of SAP ERP system.
    Assessment criteria - grade 5
    Grade 5 (90%)
    Student has excellent knowledge of SAP ERP basic concepts and business processes. Student has very good hands-on skills in use of SAP ERP system.

    Teaching methods and instruction

    Both contact (classroom) and virtual contact (Zoom) classes. One session of classes weekly through semester (2 academic periods). A more detailed weekly schedule is provided to students once the course starts.

    Learning material and recommended literature

    All the learning materials will be provided and offered in or through course's Moodle learning environment. SAP S/4 Hana’s Fiori web GUI is used at this course as dedicated ERP systems. Each student is given their own user IDs and case companies in which assignments, case studies and tests are executed.

    Working life connections

    ERP is taught through in SAP through company simulations in which both companies’ knowledge and experience as global ERP leaders is provided for students’ usage.

    Exam dates and re-exam possibilities

    There will be a Moodle examination at the latter part of the course, which must be completed during the given class. Examination includes question both in multiple choice and yes/no formats.

    Re-examination will be offered according HH degree regulation, but will be conducted in electronic examination platform EXAM and will be of essay format (2-3 essay type questions).

    Learning assignments

    All case studies and tests are individual work for student. There are several ERP case studies (assignments) which must be completed individually in given schedule. These case studies fall into various operational areas of global business processes such as procurement, sales, distribution and finance.
