The aim of this course is to develop an understanding of sustainable business development in a global and rapidly changing world through a framework of responsibility, reputation and stakeholder relations.
Upon completion of the course, students will understand how social, economic and environmental responsibility and stakeholder relations are interlinked and how they affect the organization’s operations, decision-making and reputation. Students will be able to prioritize the organization’s stakeholders and identify their expectations and identify potential reputational risks, especially from a sustainability perspective. Students will be able to develop the organization’s stakeholder relations and apply communication and reputation management strategies that support the sustainability and reputation of the organization in a rapidly changing global environment.
