The student is able to define the key concepts of inclusive passenger journey. S/he recognizes the main stakeholders and their purpose in inclusive aviation environment. S/he can describe the different elements, relation to business and management from the viewpoint of inclusive travel.

S/he is able to think critically and solve problems in a changing operational environment.
