    Learning objectives
    This course offers you perspectives and practical tools to enhance your well-being and support a study life that suits you. You will learn how to make small sustainable changes to your daily life, how to maintain study/work ability and reflect on your development into a balanced professional.
    Contents
    During the course, you will create and implement a plan for your personal well-being. You will also try various well-being and physical activities and reflect on your learning independently and in small groups.

    Upon completing this course, you will:
    * Recognize the factors that promote and challenge your well-being in your daily life.
    * Be able to make sustainable choices to strengthen your study and work readiness.
    * Improve your self-reflection skills and recognize what a study/work-life balance means to you.
    * Develop better peer learning skills and know how to support the learning of others.
