    Is able to lead a diverse team and appreciate diversity. Is able to apply a coaching approach and interactivity in individual and team leadership and in supporting development. Is able to communicate in a dialogic manner and involve personnel in decision-making and work community development.     Assessment criteria
    Assessment criteria - grade 1
    When the implementation type of the course is CONTACT, ONLINE or BLENDED it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25 %, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50 %, the course is failed.

    Knows and understands the importance of coaching leadership and interaction in the management and well-being of diverse teams.
    Assessment criteria - grade 3
    Can apply the methods of coaching and interactive management in managing diverse teams and supporting well-being.
    Assessment criteria - grade 5
    Is able to analyze and develop diverse teams and their well-being using coaching and participatory methods.
