    Learning objectives
    Upon successful completion of this course:
    - the student understands the IT development process in regards to a real Business/ICT project
    - has gained experience as team member and/or Team manager
    Starting level and linkage with other courses
    The student must have passed the courses Orientation to Business and ICT and Business Operations, and have successfully passed at least one of the following courses Business Process Management, SAP ERP 1, SAP ERP 2. Managing CRM Processes, SCM in Business and Business Intelligence, Basics of AI, Advanced AI or similar courses in other degree programs.
    Contents
    The student will participate as a team member or project leader in a project in one of the following main focus areas:

    Integrated Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning
    Customer Relationship Management
    Supply Chain Management
    Financial Accounting and Controlling
    Business Intelligence and Analytics

    The type and purpose of the project is generally based on a commission and could be containing:

    Process development and/or testing
    Process modelling and design
    System/Version upgrade
    Data migration and/or Data management
    Reporting and Analytics
    Training and User support

    Grade 1
    The student has participated in the project but the individual contribution is minor and/or the quality of the project deliverables are not or barely fulfilling the target.
    Assessment criteria - grade 3
    Grade 3
    The student has well participated in the project and the individual contribution is on a good level with timely and qualitative deliverables.
    Assessment criteria - grade 5
    Grade 5
    The student has been a key member of the project and the individual contribution has clearly had a great impact on the project outcome. And / Or
    The project has overall been successful and reached all goals set.

    Teaching methods and instruction

    The course uses a case study as a basis for customer requirements.
    The course simulates a project.
    During the project the customer requirements are implemented in sprints into CRM system (Salesforce).

    Students work in teams.

    External company coaches teams in a customer role.

    Learning material and recommended literature

    Material is shared during the course and it is based on Salesforce training documents and case descriptions from partner company.
