    Assessment criteria
    Assessment criteria - grade 1
    When the implementation type of the course is CONTACT, ONLINE or BLENDED it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25 %, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50 %, the course is failed.

    Is able to identify main elements of the legal framework of IPRs in Digital Business Environments and sources of applicable laws. Basic knowledge on Contract Management in Digital Business. Basic knowledge of legal and ethical questions in new digital technology.
    Assessment criteria - grade 3
    Understands the legal framework and sources of IPRs in Digital Business Environments as well as related legal consequences and risks. Applies most of the gained knowledge and legal terminology in practice.
    Assessment criteria - grade 5
    A good understanding on the legal framework of IPRs in Digital Business Environments and a good knowledge of the related issues concerning Digital Technology. Can analyze the legal and ethical risks and the effects of rules concerning Digital Inclusion.

    Learning assignments

    The course is divided into two parts in teaching: IPRs and Law & ethics-related questions in digital business. In both parts, there is no exam but the part is evaluated by two graded assignments i.e. altogether there is 4 course assignments. Besides those, there are tasks and group works which affect the activity evaluation.

Has knowledge of ethical questions in new digital technology and is able to recognize ethically challenging situations.

    A student has a good understanding on the legal framework of IPRs in general and in Digital Business Environments and a good knowledge of related legal consequences and risks in contracts. Can analyze ethical risks and invent solutions to ethically challenging situations.
