Class attendance is required and requested in course week #1: to learn and to familiarize with course practicalities and policies, and in order to receive SAP S/4 HANA Fiori user ID and familiarize with login etc. application essentials as students are completing SAP ERP system case studies in self-study manner. Other class attendance needs, policies and practicalities during course weeks #2-#8 are also discussed in week #1 at classroom.
All the learning materials will be provided and offered in or through course's Moodle learning environment. SAP S/4 HANA Fiori is used at this course as dedicated ERP system. Each student is given their own user ID and case company in SAP in which case studies and tests are executed.
ERP (SAP S/4 HANA Fiori) is taught through SAP's own company simulation in which SAP's knowledge and experience as global ERP leader is provided for students’ usage. Real-life company cases and examples are utilized in project management learning.
Pasila Campus
There is a project management test and 2 SAP / ERP tests, but no exam nor re-exam provided. All tests are scheduled for a class and they must be taken by each student on the particular date without a re-completion opportunity.

International case environment is used is SAP enterprise resource management learning. International case examples are used in project management learning.

Please kindly note that intensive study weeks and public holidays (such as Finnish Independence Day, Easter, May Day or Ascension Day) might overlap with scheduled class and have an effect into course's total duration in calendar weeks. Also, this has an effect on tasks and assignments completed during the course.
RPL (recognition for prior learning) can be offered. In both categories (project management and ERP/SAP) student must be able to provide diplomas and/or certificates for both areas.

- 40 % of student’s final course grade.
- Assessment through project management test in Moodle (max. 40 points with 20 questions):
Grade 1 > 16 – 23 p.
Grade 2 > 24 – 27 p.

Enterprise resource planning with SAP HANA Fiori:
- 60 % of student’s final course grade.
- Assessment for all SAP case studies (aka self-study learning assignments) and all tests (max. 15 points all).
Grading for all with Pass (P) or Fail (F):
Pass for each SAP case study = submitted as requested for each case study.
Pass for each SAP test = 50 % performance at minimum (7,5/15 points).
Grade 1 > one case study and/or a test passed.
Grade 2 > two case studies and/or tests passed.
Grade 3 > three case studies and/or tests passed.
Grade 4 > four case studies and/or tests passed.
Grade 5 > five case studies and/or tests passed.
Final course grade > a weighted average is calculated from the aforementioned grades with 40 % weight for project management and 60 % weight for ERP/SAP.
