    The student works as a project team member.

    The student can apply accommodation business know-how into a project.
    The student analyses the outcome of the project.
    The student works as a trustworthy and equal project team member.
    Assessment criteria - grade 5
    The student can critically apply and develop accommodation business know-how into a project independently and in an innovative way.
    The student proposes and formulates objectives for the project, and critically measures the result of the project.
    The student demonstrates skills in project team management.

    Assessment is based on the content of all project phases, material and tools used, innovative critical thinking,
    development ideas, team work and reflections on the outcome and result.
    total max. 100 points.
    40?54 points = grade 1, 55?66 points= grade 2, 67?78 points= grade 3, 79?90 points = grade 4, 91?100 points
    = grade 5.

    Grade 1
    The team shows lack of understanding of the project assignment. The material of the phases is returned
    late or missing. The team can name different development working methods and tools in projects but show
    no use of them. There are only little or no analyses of the outcome of the project. The final presentation of
    the project is superficial. There is a lack of team work and project management.
    Grade 3
    The team shows understanding of the project assignment and the elements of the concept. The material of
    the phases is presented and returned in time. The team uses some development working methods and
    tools in projects. The team does some analyses of the outcome of the project. The final presentation of the
    project is convincing. There are signs of team work and project management.
    Grade 5
    The team shows good understanding of the project assignment and the elements of the concept. The
    material of the phases is well presented and returned in time. The team takes good advantage of
    development working methods and tools in projects. The team does deep analyses of the outcome of the
    project. The final presentation of the project is innovative and convincing. There are signs of solid team
