The student understands and can analyse the significance and impact of employer branding. The student recognises how organisational identity attracts talent and what responsible workforce design and resourcing entails. Additionally, the student is equipped to design and implement employer branding strategies and apply best practices in various organisational contexts.

This course unit is part of the master's degree curriculum. Completion of the course requires master's study entitlement.
This course replaces the following courses from the previous curriculum:

When the implementation type of the course is CONTACT, ONLINE or BLENDED it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule.
