Schedule
The course starts on 4.11 (classroom G317) and ends on 11.11 (classroom at 13.00-16.00 A428 and at 16.00-16.45 G315 exam) Contact hours at 13.00-16.45. Compulsory attendance on both contact days (4 hours each).

Lecture material in moodle (provided nationally in Finland) and the trainer“s extra material in moodle
Safety for Tourism booklet (compulsory course book included in the course fee)
Teaching methods and instruction
The national and certified travel safety training package consists of lectures, team discussions and a team assignment. Individual preparation for the standard national travel safety passport exam (read the booklet).
The course fee is 20 euros which will be collected on 4.11. Bring the course fee on 4.11, you will receive the booklet on the exchange!
Maximum number of students is 30. Contact sessions are on 4.11 and 11.11 when the course ends for this implementation.

Exam dates and re-exam possibilities
The exam is during the last contact session on 11.11. If you pass the exam, no possibility for re-take fpr upgrading the points. In the case of fail of the exam, the new retake will be arranged within 2 weeks of the failed exam.

Completion alternatives
If you have already a valid Travel Industry Safety Passport, take a photo of it and send it to the teacher.
No possibility to other learning methods than attending the compulsory contact hours.
Learning assignments
The risk assessment task is a team task (compulsory)
Small team discussion tasks during the contact hours (compulsory attendance).
Assessment methods
The exam should be passed with 32 points.
Compulsory participation on all the contact hours and fulfilling the tasks.
Risk assessment task should be passed before attending the test.
