Intro
During this course you will develop strong understanding of experience design process for both experiences and transformations. You will have a chance to apply and evaluate an experience design process to a specific business context. During the lessons you will also apply and evaluate different methods and tools for the design of the meaningful experiences.
Materials
When the implementation type of the course is contact, online or blended it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25%, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50%, the course is failed.

Lectures, workshops, project. The experience design tools that are learnt during the course will be applied to the project of Developing Sustainable Product and Service Concepts course
