Intro
In this course you’ll learn the core components of experience economy and will be able to implement them in practice. You will familiarize yourself with Sustainable Travel Finland -programme, a step-by-step process of operating tourism and hospitality businesses in a sustainable way. Equally, you will get a grasp of the basic juridical concepts, regulations and contractual practices of tourism and hospitality fields. You will also learn the basics of relevant labour legislation, applicable in both workforce or managerial positions.
