Intro

Take your first steps in learning Swedish and get familiar with the Swedish speaking environment and culture in Finland.

- completion progress functions helping students complete the course
- also, instructor messages and advice as needed and feasible

Introduction to some Finnish Swedish speaking organisations.

Exam dates and re-exam possibilities

Final exam as the last activity of the virtual course.

Internationality

Objective to enhance students' multilingualism by learning basics of a local language and local culture.
Touchpoints to Swediish in Sweden and the Swedish culture.

Assessment methods

Completion of the activities and assignments, and exams in the end of each of the five chapters/weeks.
Grade based on the grade of the grade average of the exams and attained language competenece level on Common European Framework of Reference.
