The prerequisite is that you have passed the course Data Management and Databases () or another equivalent 5 cr course, or you can demonstrate equivalent skills and knowledge prior commencing the course.

Mid-term exam and final exam.
The exam dates are available in Moodle.
There are two re-exams in spring 2024.
Internationality
The course is in English. Usually, there are participants from different nationalities.
Completion alternatives
If your starting-level is strong enough, then you can complete some parts of the the course independently. That is, if you can keep up with the course / coursework on your own, then you are not required to join the contact classes. The exams at the campus is mandatory.
Learning assignments
There are weekly lab exercises and written assignments, and and an individual case assignment. These are available in Moodle.
Assessment methods
Mid-term exam and Final exam.
The coursework might raise/lower the course grade by one.
