Implementation methods, demonstration and Work&Study
Various implementation methods are offered during the academic year. For degree students, the primary method of study is the contact/online teaching of their own guidance counselor.
It is not possible to complete a demonstration on the Introduction to Studies course, as the purpose of the course is to support students in their orientation to studies.
Intro
This course will jump start your studies in Haaga-Helia. During the course you will learn the basics about your field of studies, planning your studies, the services Haaga-Helia offers you and the opportunities available for students. After the course you will be well prepared to continue your studies at Haaga-Helia.

Teaching methods and instruction
This implementation is meant for students studying in the Business Information Technology program and whose guidance counsellor is Liila Mäntylä Peuralinna.
The course consists of contact teaching.

Assessment methods
This implementation will be evaluated either as ‘pass (H)’ or ‘fail.’
Passing the course (grade H) will require completing the learning assignments by the given deadlines and attending at least 50% of the contact teaching sessions.
