Implementation methods, demonstration and Work&Study

Different implementation methods may be offered during the academic year.

In case you feel that you have already acquired the required competence, it is advisable to select a virtual nonstop implementation in order to be able to complete the course at your own pace. If there is no virtual nonstop implementation available, you may contact the teacher of this course for more information on different ways to complete the course.

Intro

This course introduces a variety of wellbeing themes and you’ll learn about tools for support and strengthen your ability to tolerate pressure and manage stress. The course aims to guide you to recognize dimensions of self-leadership and to observe them from the perspective of your own life.

Teaching methods and instruction

The course includes various exercises related to well-being and self-management. Exercises are done independently, in pairs and in groups. In the exercises, we focus on feeling the present moment, as well as looking at our own life as a whole and how its parts are in balance right now or if there is a point that needs special attention. We also get to know the drama triangle and inquiry.
