Implementation methods, demonstration and Work&Study
The course will be a virtual implementation requiring self-guided studying. Other kind of implementations are possible.

Teaching methods and instruction
This implementation is a self guided virtual course.
-No mandatory meetings.
-No group work.
-The student can work with the assignments in her/his own time and pace.
The course requires a lot of self guided working. Online support is offered during the course.
Working life connections
The learning themes of the implementation are formed based on top management/CEO interviews of Finnish companies from various sectors.
Student's own work life cases and experiences can be utilized in the assignments.

No exam.
Internationality
The learning content is based on international research papers and cases.
Completion alternatives
If students have acquired the required competence in previous work tasks, recreational activities or on another course, they can show their competence via a demonstration and thus progress faster through their studies.
