Intro
Do you want to master the non-training factors that unlock an athlete's full potential? In this essential course, you will gain deep knowledge of the elements that support holistic athlete development and peak sporting performance. You will learn the underpinning science of sport nutrition, recovery, and monitoring principles. This course equips you to demonstrate the application of this scientific theory directly to the coaching process, ensuring your athletes can achieve sustained success and increased performance.

Teaching methods and instruction
The studies are conducted through face-to-face teaching. In Moodle, there are mandatory assignments that must be completed successfully with a sufficient number of points, and supplementary assignments that can improve one's assessment. Completing the assignments requires familiarization with the learning materials and literature relevant to one's field. Through various assignments, students are expected to plan and execute a comprehensive coaching process for two athletes, applying the theoretical concepts studied. The teacher guides the progress of the assignments during face-to-face classes and using the assessment criteria and evaluation matrix available on Moodle.
