Intro

Interested in becoming a highly effective and modern coach educator? This course is for you! You will gain competence in facilitating engaging coach education sessions and learn to apply the LEARNS principles. You'll develop skills in using diverse, learner-centered teaching methods, giving meaningful feedback, and utilizing virtual facilitation tools. By completing this course, you will be able to organize and lead impactful learning processes and support learners' self-reflection in any learning environment.

Based on International Council for Coaching excellence (ICCE) coach developer program and materials

Contact teaching: lectures, workshops, group and individual assigments , teaching practice

Working life connections

Teaching practice can be done in own club environment or workplace

Learning assignments

All the LEARNS workshops include some individual or group tasks or reflections which are described in moodle.

Teaching practice consist of three session education process which studen plan and facilitate , plus additional 2 observed sessions (sessions lead by other students) throughout the course. It can be done on Strength and conditioning course or in club environment. 2-3 of student have possibility to do their teaching practice with LOT group. As a part of teaching practice everyone return a pedacocigal manuscript and learning diary.
