Intro
Interested in building the comprehensive knowledge base of a modern sports professional? In this essential course, you will deepen your understanding of the physiological and biomechanical principles that govern human performance. You will learn how to apply evidence-based training methods, from maximizing strength and power to optimizing endurance and agility. Furthermore, you will gain competence in Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD), enabling you to effectively plan training for athletes across all ages.
