Intro

Do you want to become the kind of coach who inspires both performance and personal growth? In Psychology and Coaching, you’ll explore how to build motivating environments, develop strong coach–athlete relationships, and support young athletes’ social and emotional development using Positive Youth Development (PYD) principles.

This course gives you practical tools to shape a healthy sport environment and collaborate effectively with key people like parents and other coaches. Through real-world examples, interactive tasks, and reflection, you'll deepen your understanding of what great coaching truly means—and how you can become the kind of coach who makes a lasting impact.
