Intro
In developed economies today, services comprise most business activity, so understanding them is crucial. Through the process of design thinking and co-innovation, customer needs can be better understood to improve and/or create new business opportunities. The course provides comprehensive coverage of the concepts and tools used in service design as well as an understanding of services marketing. Additionally, the process of new product development through customer insights and co-innovation will be covered.
