The module enhances the student's ability to aim at management positions in their career building. Guest lecturers include experts from the industry

The module is taught in English, has several Erasmus visiting scholars and works with cases taken from international organisations
Completion alternatives
Recognition of prior learning is possible based on relevant prior work experience or studies, subject to extra tasks and assessment
Learning assignments
Main assignment: The students (2-3 per team) focus on a business in its ecosystem (in the context of an airline industry) and apply design thinking and financial management to the business case with the goal of maximising the value of the business. Submit a report, and make a presentation in class on 29.4. Please note that the nature and scope of the assignment proposed above could allow for variation, if necessary. More instructions will be given during the module.
The module will contain other smaller scale assignment, including Reading Circle, and other activities and classroom work.
