Intro
CRM and ERP are the core software that most of companies run in their sales, sales management and business in general. Come and learn the processes and functionalities that they offer.
Assessment methods
Contact, online and blended courses require attendance on sessions marked in schedule. If you are not present on over 25% of the sessions that require attendance, your grade is decreased by one number. If you are not present on over 50% of the session that require attendance, you will fail the course.
