Part 2 has a very strong orientation to the working life, students are instructed to network and find a business in Finland to interview a person facilitating the trade between Finland and Russia/Belarus/Kazakhstan, etc.

Exam dates and re-exam possibilities

Written examination Friday 8.3.2019, 09:00-12:00, class room 4211.
It is allowed to use dictionaries in the examination. But not dictionaries in the net.

Part 2 oral examination Mon 13.5.2019, 09:00-12:00, room 6043.
Re-examinations according the HH re-exam schedule.

The study group is usually multucultural.

Completion alternatives

Part 1 - participating on the written exam.
.
Part 2 - it is a demanding course including 4 mandatory tasks (CV, interviews, presentations, exam).
Attending the workshops is the key to a successful preparation.
If a students decides to work independently, attendance may be covered by writing 4 essays in Russian on the following topics (length 1-2 pages)
- assistant's job responsibilities
- Russian-Finnish trade status, peculiarities and challenges
- job search and recruitment situation
- business culture comparison, Finland-Russia
The rest of the assignments - CV, interviews, presentations, exam - will have to be completed to receive a grade.

Learning assignments

In Part 2 non-Russian speaking students are encouraged to team up with a Russian speaker.
