Intro
In the fast-changing hospitality industry, being an effective leader means being an effective
coach. This module introduces you to coaching-based leadership and helps you to understand social interaction within teams and organizations. You will learn effective communication techniques to facilitate personal and professional growth and performance.
Materials
Learning materials will be informed on Moodle at the beginning of the course.
