Students with entrepreneurial background may demonstrate own entrepreneurial skills

Learning assignments

There will be five deliverables (assignments):
- The first is the Business Idea Fair report
- The second deliverable is an exam about analysis of basic tourism business environment
- The third deliverable is about cost and financial planning
- The fourth deliverable is a presentation in form of pitch
- The fifth deliverable is a final report including the Business Model Canvas

Assessment methods

- Assessment made by teachers
- Assessment made by external jury
- Self and peer assessment

Several factors will be assessed
• business idea (new, innovative, creative, well-motivated value proposition)
• feasibility (realistic, backed up by statistics, well-defined target group)
• visual impression (presentation, materials, outfits)
• presentation and communication (logical, selling, interactive, fluent, stage presence)
• profitability (financial calculations, understanding the importance of profitability)
