Knowledge and understanding of labour law is essential for any HR professional, as well as working in any managerial position or even as on operational level. You need to know your rights and duties no matter you role in an organization.

Since there is no final exam there is no mandatory text book or reading. A very useful text book is Finnish Labour Law in Practice by Äimälä, M. et Al. Also e-book.
There will also be material given and curated by the teacher of the course including essential Labour Laws and court cases.
