Implementation methods, demonstration and Work&Study
The implementation method depends on the implementation and may be contact, blended, online or virtual. Demonstration and work & study are possible provided that the participant has either existing work experience on multiple cases on the business requirements analysis on the ICT field or is working in the field of the ICT related business requirements analysis. In the case of possible demonstration or work & study, the teacher of the implementation should be contacted in the beginning of the implementation at the latest.
Recognizing Prior Learning is an option, too.
Intro
Developing an ICT solution such as an information system, product or a service (or part of it such as software) of a good quality means that the business requirements the solution is based on have to be well analysed and defined. Along the Business Requirements Management course you will learn how to identify the business needs within a (customer) business organization that will lead to the development of an ICT solution, often acquired from a supplier, enabling or supporting the business. You will apply relevant models and methods, and get acquainted with feasible tools. In addition, you will gain understanding on how the analysis of the business requirements needs a consultative approach where you will identify, gather and process the necessary information.
