Implementation methods, demonstration and Work&Study

Independent team work
as part of a project organization
with teachers (and possible commissioners)
in the steering committee

Intro

In this course we implement a customised solution based on either CRM (Salesforce) or ERP (SAP)

Materials

Supportive document templates and suggested reading materials. Material is shared during the course and it is based on Salesforce training documents and case descriptions from partner company.

Teaching methods and instruction

The course uses a case study as a basis for customer requirements.
The course simulates a project.
During the project the customer requirements are implemented in sprints into CRM system (Salesforce).

Students work in teams.

External company coaches teams in a customer role.

Course is implemented in co-operation with Salesforce and Salesforce partner ecosystem

The is no exam on this course.
Possibility to conduct Salesforce certificate (without cost/supported by Salesforce), to be confirmed.

Project planning, implementation, reporting and closing.
Customer demos in sprints.
Conduct Salesforce certificate.

Assessment methods

Grade 1
The student has participated in the project but the individual contribution is minor and/or the quality of the project deliverables are not or barely fulfilling the target.

Grade 3
The student has well participated in the project and the individual contribution is on a good level with timely and qualitative deliverables.

Grade 5
The student has been a key member of the project and the individual contribution has clearly had a great impact on the project outcome or the project has overall been successful and reached all goals set.
