Intro

Welcome to deepen your expertise in strategic people management! You will learn how effective people management can be crucial to a company’s success and its role in building organizational culture and ensuring responsibility. Additionally, the course examines the role of data and technology in modern people management. This course offers you the opportunity to develop your skills and promote your organization’s success through people management. Join us to gain insights!

Materials

The study material consists of books and articles related to the course topics. This material will be available in Moodle at the beginning of the course implementation.

Teaching methods and instruction

The course is a 100% virtual course, based on the student's independent study.

The course includes an optional a kick off lecture (time TBA). Its goal is to introduce the student to the course themes and how to complete the course successfully.
