The course will be a virtual implementation requiring self-guided studying. Other kind of implementations are possible.

Teaching methods and instruction
This implementation is a self-directed virtual course.
-No mandatory meetings.
-No group work.
-Students can work on the assignments at their own schedule and pace, while still adhering to the deadlines for submitting the assignments.
The course requires a lot of self guided working. Online support is provided during the course as needed.
Working life connections
The three (3) learning themes of the implementation are formed based on top management/CEO interviews of Finnish companies from various sectors.
Student's own work life experiences can be utilized in the assignments.

The learning material and content is based mainly on international academic books, research papers and cases.
Completion alternatives
If students have acquired the required competence in previous work tasks, recreational activities or on another course, they can show their competence via a written demonstration and thus progress faster through their studies.
