Implementation methods, demonstration and Work&Study

Depending on the implementation, learning takes place in contact lessons, as independent studies, teamwork and/or online-studies.
Learning methods may include dialogic, experimental and collaborative contact lessons, simulation practices, guest lecturers, case studies and the development of the strategy models in the student’s own organization.
If students have acquired the required competence in previous work tasks, recreational activities or on another course, they can show their competence via a demonstration and thus progress faster through their studies.

Teaching methods and instruction

The online implementation makes use of a research and development approach to learning, with an emphasis on both teamwork and independent study.

The weekly online meetings include lectures and presentations on the topics as well as related small group work.

The implementation follows the Flipped Classroom approach, whereby students are encouraged to study in advance each week's learning material, which will be applied in the online meetings.

Working life connections

The assignments of the implementation are linked to the current strategy work practices - both in private and public organizations.
