Employee experience (EX) has emerged as one of the top people management priorities during the past decade. An inclusive and human-centric people management processes and practices construct the cornerstones of positive employee experience. Employee experience affects employees' motivation, engagement, performance and wellbeing. What kind of experiences make your employment last and blossom?

Teaching methods and instruction

This course will be held as an onsite implementation. Weekly meetings include lectures, visitor presentations and course assignments.
We meet on Tuesday evenings starting at 17:40 and ending at 20:30 at the Pasila Campus.

There is no examination during this implementation.

Internationality
