You need to enroll to the course at Peppi and please note that you need to apply to the course also by filling a separate form at https://link.webropolsurveys.com/S/7D84C9EAA04EED31
The application period is during November 1 - December 16, 2023.
There are 20 places in the course and minimum amount of students is 10.
The applications will be handled during January 16-31, 2023 and information for students will be sent latest by beginning of February 2023.
The course is organized during spring 2023. There will be an orientation lecture on April 17, 2023 at 17.40-20-30 which is organized in Pasila campus and an online webinar on May 4, 2023 at 17.40-20.30.
The study trip in the Netherlands will be during May 21/22-27, 2023. The exact flight times will be agreed later.
The program will be organized during the May 22-26, 2023 and students need to be full time present.
The more detailed program will come later.
Implementation methods, demonstration and Work&Study
This course is organized in collaboration with Haaga-Helia partner universities, with virtual collaboration (or possible study trips) between the universities. The focus and content of the course implementations are created together with the chosen partner universities.
The learning assignments consist of, for example, virtual team projects, assignments and independent work.
If you have acquired the required competence in previous work tasks or recreational activities you can show the competence with a demonstration. The course teachers give more information and instructions for RPL and Work&Study.
Intro
Come and step into an international HRM expert role. In this course, you will get acquainted with international HRM by case working and studying in the international setup in collaboration with Haaga-Helia partner universities. You will also able to expand your cultural awareness. The course is a great way to practice your verbal and written English skills concretely. This course is for people interested in increasing their international experience in HRM area.

Teaching methods and instruction
A pre-work, group work, an individual assignment, an introduction lecture in the Pasila campus, an online webinar and a study trip (including company visits) to the Netherlands during May 21-27, 2023.
The goal of this course is to provide a rich learning context to students in an international environment. The course enables students to develop their knowledge and competencies as HR professionals in international business context by attending a study trip in the Netherlands during May 21-27, 2023.
The goal is also to improve generic competence of intercultural, communication and presentation skills of students.
The course is organized together with the Hanze University of Applied Sciences, in the Netherlands.
There will be an application process and you need to be committed to cover your own travelling, accommodation etc. cost. Though, all student committed to participate the course will get an Erasmus Mobility grant of 70 EUR/day by filling the Erasmus Mobility application during the course. There are 20 places in this course.
