Intro
Organizational behaviour consists of three levels: individual, team, and organizational levels. Come and discover what things are important to people at work and how these three levels interact. One of the challenges of working life is to adapt rapidly to changing working life needs. In this course, you will learn to identify the basic principles of organizational behaviour and occupational psychology, apply them to well-being at organizations, and develop your organization from a business perspective. In the course, you will learn the basic principles for utilizing research knowledge. The course is suitable for everyone who is interested in organizational behaviour and their well-being.
Materials
The library has several books on organizational behavior and well-being at work, each providing basic concepts to understand organizational behavior and work well-being. In addition, the teacher gives recommendations to students for study material. Students are also expected to rely on research articles in their assignments to gain experience in reading them. Recommendations for readings are in Moodle. Furthermore, this is an advanced level course, so students are also expected to search university-level material independently.
