Intro
On this course you will receive an understanding of strategy work and useful methods. You will learn to understand the success factors of business now and in the future. You will learn to develop concrete strategy work in collaboration with other students. You will get tools to strategic HR work.
The course is suitable for specialists working in HR or management or other developing work positions.

Teaching methods and instruction
The implementation is a COIL -course with Reutlingen University, Germany. COIL stands for Collaborative, Online, International, Learning.
The professors from Haaga-Helia and Reutlingen University will lecture together, and the group work will be done in diverse groups online.
Strategy Work is highly future-oriented in the course.
