Implementation methods, demonstration and Work&Study
Implementations: Contact, Blended, Online, Virtual, and Demo.
If you already meet the learning objectives of this course, you can demonstrate your knowledge. You can do this by taking the DEMO implementation, which you need to sign up for through PEPPI.
For your demonstration, you need to prepare a recorded presentation. The video should include the key concepts of organizational culture. In the video, you will need to combine theory and practice. Detailed instructions can be found on Moodle for the DEMO implementation.

Intro
Without people there is no business. On this course, you will learn how organizational structures, culture and people management affect teams and employees in multicultural, international organizations. You will discover elements and practices of organizing, managing and leading a diverse workforce with an ethical, inclusive and sustainable mindset. This course will enable you to learn what constitutes responsible culture and people management in a multicultural environment.
Teaching methods and instruction
This implementation and the Moodle workspace are intended for demonstrate your competence.
Please enrol in this course if you are participating in a demonstration. After you enrol, your teacher will approve your enrolment. Once approved, you will gain access to the Moodle environment, where you will find detailed instructions for the demonstration.
Exam dates and re-exam possibilities
People and Culture demonstration consists of two different parts:
(1) a competence portfolio of showing your knowledge/skills and understanding of People and Culture themes as described in learning objectives.
(2) An individual competence interview with a teacher.
Both assignments will be evaluated on the scale of 1 to 5. The portfolio counts 40% of the final grade and the competence interview will be 60% of the final grade. Both assignments must be passed to pass the demonstration.
Assessment methods
The course is graded on a scale from 0 to 5. The evaluation method used is an evaluation rubric.
You are allowed to participate in the demonstration of prior learning only once. The successful demonstration is graded on a scale of 1 to 5. Please note that once you receive a grade for your demonstration, it cannot be improved. If you receive an '0' (fail), you have the option to enroll in the contact, online or blended implementations. In cases where you receive a grade of 1 or 2, the teacher will consult with you to decide whether you accept the grade or prefer to enroll in the contact, online or blended implementations.
